Core Values
ARC Fire Safety & Security Ltd's Core Values - Commitment to Excellence

Core Values

ARC Fire Safety and Security LTD was founded on the principle of providing best advice, best service support and solutions created collaboratively with our valued clients.

At ARC, we take immense pride in our work, our team, and the impact we have on protecting lives and businesses. Our core values define who we are, shaping our culture, decisions, and approach to customer service. These values—Positivity, Respect, Ownership, Unity, and Delivery—collectively form the acronym "PROUD," reflecting the pride we take in our mission every day.

These principles guide us in delivering top-quality fire safety services, ensuring that our team remains motivated, and continuously improving to meet the needs of our clients. But values alone are not enough; they must be lived, reinforced, and celebrated in everything we do. Below, we expand on each value and outline how we integrate them into our daily operations to enhance morale and elevate our service standards.

As we have grown as a company, it has been part of our business model to carry on embracing the same ethos and values and support each other as we continue to deliver it. Whilst our team has continued to grow, it is not only important to us that we continue to deliver the level of service and solutions in a vision that we believe sets us apart from other companies but also that our clients have a clear expectation of us.

The decision was made to highlight a set of Core values which we believed not only highlighted our ongoing promise to each other and our Client partners but also our signature on delivery.

A series of internal workshops were put together, with colleagues from our Service, Installation and Admin teams, but also Management and an independent consultancy. Our intention was to ensure that all of us had the chance to express what we believed to be important to us in customer delivery and experience and also what we believed set us apart from our competitors. The workshops culminated in five chosen words which we have since taken on as our Core values. Absolutely by chance and not until the process was complete, did someone notice that our chosen words actually spelt out the word – ‘PROUD’. The fact that we are all proud to be part of the continuing journey at ARC Fire Safety and Security could almost be a sixth core value!

Our core values are now on display all around our offices as a reminder of what we strive to create and deliver as a team, to our team and to our Client partners.
