Client input and feedback on our ongoing performances, service levels and account management is of vital importance to us at ARC Fire Safety & Security.
To get a fluid idea on what we are doing right and where we can look for improvements, we are currently sending out 'Customer Feedback' forms to all of our valued clients with every set of engineer reports on completion of each routine. With excellent account management, service levels and client retention being the tenet of our business model, input from our clients on our day to day performances is paramount for us.
The current forms are planned to soon be replaced with more site, service or new installation specific forms. As an incentive to return the feedback forms we are drawing names out of the hat from all the responents with a complimentary £50 M&S voucher being sent out to the monthly winner.
