Meet the Team

Alan founded the company in 2001, and sits as the CEO.

Andy is the Managing Director overseeing all aspects of the operation. Andy joined the company in 2002 as a sales consultant.

John , as the Commercial Director, oversees the sales and account management side of the business, running the sales team and developing relationships with key customers.

Martin has been with the company since its formation and runs the accounting side of the business. Martin also oversees the goods in and out.

Jo has been with the company since 2010 and runs the office and administration for the company.

David oversees the technical side of the company, planning engineer training, assisting with larger system commissioning and keeping up to date with technical and legislation changes. David has a vast experience with radio fire systems.

Nick oversees the entire Service operation from keeping up with legislation to training the engineers and delivering the high standard of customer service the company strives for.

Doug runs the Installation department and oversees all aspects of our installation operation. Doug brings a wealth of experience to the role.

Max provides design advice and quotations for fire and security systems. Max also serves as crew on the Selsey Lifeboat.

Shaun oversees our MOD sites and has a huge experience in working in these challenging environments.

Wayne is the resident engineer at Southampton Solent University, and conducts planned maintenance, Installation projects and technical fault finding.

Niki provides technical support and training for all security systems designed and installed by ARC.

Kelly , as Senior Service Administrator works with the Service Manager to oversee the administration aspect of our Service Department. Currently working to integrate the new Uptick management software.

Katrina has joined ARC to support the Service team with day to day tasks including booking the engineers site visits and processing site engineering records. Katrina will also support the Solent Uni and MOD bases contracts.

Louise runs all aspects of the installation operation in support of the Installation supervisor.

Daniel has joined ARC to provide further support to the Installation team. Daniel has a lot of experience in the Service sector and working with Engineering teams.

Nathan joined the company as a trainee fire engineer, and has already demonstrated a keen ability to learn the technical aspects of fire alarm installation. Nathan has progressed and is now our Lead Installation Engineer.

James has shown an outstanding attitude to learning his trade, and has now progressed from Apprentice to Lead Service Engineer. This is testament to James's desire to learn and apply a positive attitude.

Sam is our London based Engineer and due to his application and attitude to learning, has already become a very valued member of the team.

Marc is a valued member of the Service team and is very experienced in his field.

Amir has great experience in both fire and security systems and will assist ARC in providing even greater technical security support to our customers.

Luca has joined the team with a great amount of technical experience and has a fantastic attitude to customer service.

Jamie has recently joined the ARC team and we are already seeing the benefit of Jamie's experience.

Brendon joined the team in early 2020 and brings a great experience in the installation of fire systems.

Tyrone has a great experience in the installation of fire alarms and security systems and is a great addition to the team.

Mark has joined the team to provide support to the Engineers at our university and MOD client sites.

Tommy has joined ARC as a Trainee Installation Engineer and has already become a valued member of the Install team. Tommy will progress to a full apprenticeship in 2024, and has demonstrated a huge desire to learn his trade.

Elliott has recently joined the company as a Trainee Engineer and will progress to do a full apprenticeship in 2024. Elliott has displayed a fantastic hunger to learn already.
